Limited Product Warranty

JackWagon FightSticks warrants the OKI HATCH enclosure against broken or defective parts caused by normal use or a manufacturing malfunction for [30 days] from the date of delivery.

If a covered part breaks or fails during the warranty period, JackWagon FightSticks will, at its discretion, repair the part, provide a replacement part, or replace the affected enclosure component. Photos and proof of purchase may be required before a warranty claim is approved.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by drops, impacts, misuse, improper assembly, or modifications
  • Damage caused by excessive pressure or overtightened hardware
  • Heat-related warping or deformation, including damage from hot vehicles, direct sunlight, or temperatures above 120°F (49°C)
  • Cosmetic wear, scratches, or normal discoloration
  • Electronics, buttons, joysticks, wiring, OLED screens, or other components not originally supplied by JackWagon FightSticks
  • Damage caused during shipping after the product has been delivered to the customer

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover labor or installation costs associated with third-party electronics or components.

2021年8月8日、私たちの家族は新たな章を迎えました。ジャックは生後24ヶ月で自閉症スペクトラム障害（ASD）と正式に診断されました。その数ヶ月前、私たちは息子のことについてもっと知るために、終わりのないアンケート、スクリーニング、診察を始めました。そして、私たちは怖かったのです。その恐怖は、自閉症とは何か？私たちの家族の未来はどうなるのか？という未知から生まれました。しかし、ジャックが「何であるか」ではなく、「誰であるか」を理解したとき、その恐怖は善意へと変化しました。
息子のジャックは、おどけた、愛情深く、エネルギッシュで、感覚を求める男の子で、その笑顔はASDスペクトラムと同じくらい大きいです。彼は侮れない存在であり、人生のほとんどの期間、言葉を発しませんでしたが、人生の小さなことにも価値を見出し、大切にすることを私たちに教えてくれました。私たちはジャックの両親であることを誇りに思い、家族としてこの旅を共に進む準備ができています。
