Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All JackWagon FightSticks products are made, assembled, or prepared to order unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has shipped, the customer will receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. JackWagon FightSticks is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered production or been shipped.

Lost Packages

A package is not considered lost until the shipping carrier has completed its investigation or officially confirmed that the shipment cannot be located.

Customers should contact JackWagon FightSticks if tracking has not updated for an extended period or if the package has not arrived within the carrier’s expected delivery window. We will assist with opening a claim when appropriate.

Refunds or replacements for lost packages will be considered only after the carrier’s investigation has been completed. Shipping fees are nonrefundable unless otherwise approved.

Stolen Packages

JackWagon FightSticks is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are later lost or stolen.

Customers should first check around the delivery location, ask household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier. A police report may also be required for stolen-package claims.

Signature confirmation or shipping insurance may be available upon request for an additional charge.

Damaged Packages

Customers must inspect their package promptly after delivery. Any shipping damage must be reported to JackWagon FightSticks within 3 business days of delivery.

To submit a damage claim, the customer must provide:

  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the exterior and interior packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • A description of the damage

Customers must keep all packaging materials until the claim has been resolved. The shipping carrier may require the original packaging for inspection.

Depending on the circumstances, JackWagon FightSticks may repair the damaged part, send a replacement part, replace the product, or issue another appropriate resolution. Claims may be denied if damage is reported after the reporting period or if the original packaging has been discarded.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and import charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated during checkout.

JackWagon FightSticks is not responsible for customs delays, rejected deliveries, or packages returned because import charges were not paid. Additional shipping charges may apply if a returned package must be shipped again.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. JackWagon FightSticks is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, holidays, labor disruptions, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside of our control.
